Cancellation Policy
At GrooveThreadz, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review the cancellation terms below before placing an order.
Order Cancellation (Before Processing)
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
To request a cancellation, please email us at 📧 support@groovethreadz.com with your Order ID.
If the order has not yet entered production or processing, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued (for prepaid orders).
Cancellation After Processing Begins
Once an order has been sent for printing, packaging, or shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
As all products are made to order, production cannot be stopped once initiated.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellations
Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may lead to temporary or permanent restriction of COD service for that customer.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved:
Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD orders: No payment is collected, so no refund is applicable.
Order Cancellation by GrooveThreadz
GrooveThreadz reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:
Payment verification issues
Invalid or incomplete shipping address
Product unavailability or technical errors
High risk of fraudulent activity detected by our systems
If we are unable to verify or confirm the order via call or WhatsApp within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled at our discretion.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically for prepaid orders.
