All our products are printed on demand, exclusively for each customer. For this reason, we follow a replacement-only policy.


Free Replacement Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day hassle-free replacement for eligible cases.

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

You receive a damaged or defective product

The print is misaligned or misprinted

You receive the wrong product, colour, or size

The product delivered is different from what was ordered


What We Need From You

To process your replacement quickly, please share clear photos or a short video of the issue within 7 days of delivery.


Important Conditions

The product must be unused, unwashed, and free from stains, marks, or odour

The item must be returned in its original condition

Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the replacement request.


No Replacement for Size Selection Issues

As each product is custom-printed, we do not offer replacements or returns for size-related concerns.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.


Why We Do Not Accept Returns

Every GrooveThreadz T-shirt is printed especially for you. Accepting returns leads to unnecessary waste, which goes against our quality and sustainability values.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible (for example, if the product is unavailable).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after collecting the required details.


Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items

Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us.

Once the printing or processing stage begins, cancellation is not possible.
