At GrooveThreadz, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers who prefer to pay at the time of delivery. Please read the details below carefully before selecting COD as a payment option.
1. COD Availability
Cash on Delivery is available for select serviceable pin codes across India.
COD availability may vary based on location, order value, or courier partner restrictions.
GrooveThreadz reserves the right to enable or disable COD for any order at its discretion.
2. COD Charges
Currently, no additional charges are applied for Cash on Delivery orders.
3. Order Confirmation
To ensure smooth delivery, COD orders may be verified via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled without prior notice.
4. Payment at Delivery
Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery to the courier partner.
Customers are requested to keep the exact payable amount ready, as delivery partners may have limited change.
5. Refusal of COD Orders at Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a COD order at the time of delivery, the order will be treated as cancelled.
Since all GrooveThreadz products are printed on demand, refused COD orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.
The costs of printing, packaging, and shipping are incurred once an order is processed.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction or removal of COD service for future orders.
6. Prepaid Orders & Special Offers
Customers choosing prepaid payment methods (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.) may receive exclusive offers or discounts not applicable on COD orders.
Any such offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.
7. Cancellation of COD Orders
COD orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered processing.
Once printing or processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
8. General Conditions
GrooveThreadz reserves the right to limit or disable COD for customers with repeated order refusals or delivery issues.
Misuse of COD may lead to permanent restriction of this payment option.
