1. Do you offer returns?
No. As all our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns.
2. Do you offer replacements?
Yes. Free replacements are offered only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
There is a printing defect
You received the wrong item
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for detailed guidelines.
3. Do you offer size-related replacements?
No. We do not provide replacements for size-related issues.
All items are made to order, so we strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing & printing: 2–4 business days
Delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and courier service.
5. How much is the shipping cost?
Free shipping across India on all orders.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
You can use this link to view real-time delivery updates.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by emailing us at

Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible.
9. What if my order is delayed?
Occasional delays may occur due to:
Festivals or public holidays
Weather conditions
Courier or logistics workload
If your order is delayed beyond 10 days after dispatch, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
10. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the issue.
After verification, we’ll arrange a free replacement.
11. Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
Slight colour variations may occur due to:
Screen or mobile display settings
Lighting used in product photography
This is normal across all apparel brands.
12. What is the print size on the T-shirts?
Print sizes typically range between:
9 inches (width) to 11.5 inches (height)
Exact dimensions may vary slightly depending on the design.
13. Will the print fade?
No, when cared for properly.
Please follow these Fabric Care Instructions:
Wash inside-out
Use mild detergent
Avoid harsh brushing
Do not iron directly on the print

Currently, GrooveThreadz ships only within India.
